Nyra Homes offers organic soy and beeswax candles, which are handmade and eco-friendly. We strive to ensure that the product descriptions, photos, and details are accurate; however, there may be slight variations due to the nature of the handmade process. Our candles are made from 100% natural soy and beeswax and are free from harmful chemicals. However, please read all product details and usage instructions carefully before use.

Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept payments through cash on delivery. After placing an order, you will receive a call confirmation. Once your payment is verified, your order will be processed.

Product Use & Safety

Please follow the safety guidelines provided with each candle or mist, including instructions for proper burning and care. Nyra Homes is not responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by the misuse of our products.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmatory call. You’ll be notified again once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates:

Shipping Charges: Calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Status: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a call. If you don’t receive your order within 5 working days of the shipping confirmation call, contact us at 03341020233 with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus return shipping costs.
