Refund & Exchange Policy

Candle Damage: If your candle arrives damaged, please provide proof via WhatsApp to request a refund. Refunds are available within 2 working days of delivery, provided the candle is unlit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Smell Issues: Before requesting a return for issues with scent, ensure the following: the candle has been burned for at least 2 hours (for mini candles), is suitable for the room size, there is adequate air circulation, and there are no health conditions affecting your sense of smell. If the problem persists after these checks, return the candle for evaluation. Valid complaints will result in a replacement with delivery costs covered; otherwise, you may either pick up the candle or cover return delivery expenses.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 4-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation call and a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be processed minus return shipping costs.

Damaged Items: For damaged items, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will address each case individually to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations are not accepted after this period as processing begins.

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once processing has started. Please verify all details before placing a custom order.

Pre-Orders: Cancellations are permitted up until the product is shipped. Once in transit, standard return policies apply.

Exceptions: If the item has already been shipped, you may return it according to our return policy, with return shipping fees applied.
