Refund and Exchange Policy
At Nyra Homes, we strive to ensure that you love your organic scented candles. All candles are handmade using natural wax only. Due to their nature, it can be affected by climatic conditions during delivery. If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
We have sold over 7000+ candles and know our product well enough . However, In case of the rarest complains like candle ain’t smelling – please rule out the following first.
a) you have lit at least 2 hours if it’s a mini candle
b) the candle is in accordance to size of the room
C) soy wax is dense – so there is some sort of air circulation int he room to help spread the hot throw
D) you don’t have flu or sinus like things including head ache
E) you aren’t pregnant as it some times suppresses olfactory nerves
F) you haven’t smelled something really strong or up close which has temporarily blocked your olfactory senses
G) u haven’t left the candle open for a long time and now there is dust on it.
After going through above check list , if problem persists , feel free to send it back and we will check it at our end and replace with another piece while bearing the delivery charges . The charges and replacement will be borne by us after checking if the complain is found valid.
However , if there is no issue with the candle, you can either pick it up yourself or get it delivered at your own expense.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds: We accept returns within 5 working days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Non-Refundable Items: Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been used or are no longer in their original condition.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
Exchange Policy
- Eligibility for Exchange: If you’d like to exchange your candle for a different scent or product, you can request an exchange within 5 working days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at +92 334 1020233. Once your request is approved, you will need to return the original product, and we will ship the new item upon receipt.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning or exchanging an item unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 4-5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmatory call. You’ll be notified again once your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Shipping Charges: Calculated and displayed at checkout.

Cancellation Policy
At Nyra Homes, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted as we begin processing and preparing your order for shipment.
- Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Please double-check all details before placing your order to ensure accuracy.
- Pre-Orders: For pre-orders, cancellations are allowed up until the product has been shipped. Once the item is in transit, standard return policies will apply.

- Exceptions: If the item has already been shipped, you can still return it following our return policy. Shipping fees for returns may apply.
