Shipping Coverage

We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation message or email.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time across Pakistan:

• Karachi: 2–3 business days

• Other Cities: 3–6 business days

• Remote areas may take a bit longer depending on courier availability.

Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges apply based on your city and courier rates.

• Shipping fee will appear at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Rules

• Please provide accurate address and active contact number for smooth delivery.

• Courier riders will attempt delivery up to two times. After that, the parcel may be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us within 24 hours with photos or video so we can assist you.

Change of Address

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us before dispatch.
Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
